This weekend involved oodles of tennis (watching, not playing), sunshine, car boot sales and sunburn (the Animator).
As part of the 'See as Much of Bristol Before We Leave Festival' that is currently going on in my house, we popped along to the 44th annual St Paul's Carnival - a bite-sized riff on the Notting Hill extravaganza. After checking out the summer sales at Cabot Circus, we strolled down to the inner-city suburb of St Paul's to follow the parade and enjoy the Caribbean-meets-cool summertime vibe.
