A Good Friday

Not meteorologically speaking, because the Weather Gods have decided to hurl every bit of rain and cold they have at us.

Instead, after a week of fielding calls and emails, interviewing prospective tenants and checking references, we have found a fabulous new tenant for our rental property. Best of all, she's a neat freak, which will be a nice change.
